Justin Brogna serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Thrive Lending. He is responsible for overseeing the Thrive Lending Fund, which includes sourcing and funding of loans.

Prior to Thrive, Justin worked for nearly 20 years at various banks in Austin as a commercial lender and as President. In many of his previous banking positions, Justin was responsible for creating, growing, and maintaining multi-million dollar loan portfolios. He understands how to navigate the intricacies of the lending business and applies that expertise to Thrive Lending. Justin has a strong business development background and believes that building relationships is tantamount to any successful business.

Justin has two children and they enjoy boating, traveling, and spending quality time together.
